Livingston Willows is a 166 home subdivision adjacent to Livingston Elementary School off Highway 81. Kids in Training, a day care and pre-school center is located just inside our entrance.
Livingston Willows is a 166 home subdivision on .5 - 1+ acre lots. Our focus is on existing and potential home owners within the Livingston Willows subdivision. Our home owners are interested in understanding the plans, development, and maintenance of the subdivision to help beautify the community, protect the neighborhood, and increasing ways to maintain home values.
